Steve Wilson is an Associate Director of ARC Associates.

Steve joined ARC Associates in 2006 from Austock Ltd in Melbourne, where he was an Associate Director and has over 10 years experience in Investment Banking.

He has extensive experience managing a wide range of corporate advisory transactions including mergers and acquisitions, company divestments, equity capital raisings, corporate restructures and initial public offerings across a number of industry segments.

Prior to joining Austock Ltd, a boutique financial services firm, Steve held management positions at Deloitte Corporate Finance, The Chase Manhattan Bank and ANZ Banking Group.

Steve holds a B.Bus (Acc) from RMIT University in Melbourne, is a qualified accountant (ASCPA) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (FINSIA).
