London based investment bank, ARC Associates, has provided general corporate advice as part of an equity fundraising for the US ruggedized mobile phone handset and push to talk software provider, Sonim Technologies Inc.
The new equity will be used to finance its growing ruggedized handset business and to introduce new handset products into selected regions throughout the world.
