ARC Associates was formed in the US in 1988 and began its operations in the UK in 1993 to provide companies with specialised advice in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, valuations, public and private equity and debt fund raising and in a wide variety of corporate finance and corporate development situations.

ARC's focus has been particularly on the Telecommunications, Information Technology and Media industries and in recent years expanded to cover the Renewables, Property and Financial services sectors.

In our role as corporate finance adviser regulated by the Financial Services Authority, ARC has carried out a number of financial advisory roles for quoted companies.

Since 1994, ARC Associates has successfully completed over 40 fundraising, debt, M & A and corporate finance transactions for a total value of over $6 billion. The various advisory assignments have been undertaken in all the major European markets (including the UK, France, Germany and the Nordic region), as well as in the U.S.A., Asia and Australasia.
