Sound Advice (London) Limited (“Sound Advice”) has entered into an engagement letter with ARC Associates, www.arcassociates.com ("ARC"), a UK based investment banking firm.
The agreement anticipates that ARC will assist Sound Advice in undertaking a strategic review of the financial alternatives for the business and potential fund raising in the United Kingdom.
Sound Advice is a private London based company that specialises in producing live music events and entertainment for private and corporate clients worldwide. The company has expanded its services to become a “one-stop-shop” provider of live music and events. The Company also produces the Cornbury Music Festival each July.
