Sonim Technologies Inc (“Sonim Technologies”) has entered into an engagement letter with ARC Associates, www.arcassociates.com ("ARC"), a UK based investment banking firm.
The agreement anticipates that ARC will assist Sonim Technologies in a capital raising to assist the Company in establishing a European based subsidiary business that will directly market and distribute the “ruggedised” mobile GSM handsets to clients located in Europe.
Sonim Technologies is a United States based leading provider of next generation Internet Protocol messaging solutions for wireless networks.
