ARC Associates, the London based investment bank, has been appointed to conduct an equity funding round for Big Worldwide Limited, a rapidly expanding and profitable private company headquatered in London.
Founded in 1997, Big Worldwide is a gloval travel, technology and media company primarily serving the luxury travel sector. The Company is managed in two distinct but complementary divisions of roughly equal size: Great Hotels Organisation and Media & Events.
The Company is seeking to raise further equity through the issue of new shares which will be used to accelerate the Group's geographic and product expansion. Potential investors will also have the opportunity to acquire a small number of existing shares by way of direct purchase.
