March 2007 -  Solaris Developments Appoints ARC Associates as Corporate Finance Adviser

Solaris Developments has entered into an engagement letter with ARC Associates, www.arcassociates.com (“ARC”), a UK based investment banking firm.

The agreement anticipates that ARC will assist Solaris Developments in two capital raising programs over the next 24 months to assist the Company in establishing a property fund focused on the acquisition and development of German retail property assets and for property development of Private Homes, Social Housing Schemes and also mixed Retail Schemes (including Residential Schemes) throughout the United Kingdom.

Solaris Developments is a British based property development and property funds management business.  The Company utilises German advanced manufactured building technologies to construct buildings in the United Kingdom delivering high quality products time and cost efficiently.
