KnowledgePool, the e-Learning, information technology and business skills training company has acquired Maxim Training, a leading supplier of CD-ROM and on-line multimedia training in personal and management skills for the corporate market.
This acquisition falls in line with KnowledgePool's strategy to expand its e-Learning portfolio through acquisition. Earlier in the month, KnowledgePool announced the acquisition of WorkLife Solutions Inc, one of the US's leading application service providers of integrated career management and human resources development websites.
