Ingenta, an on line web information service has successfully raised £5.3m through a private placement to existing shareholders.
This new financing will support the acceleration of Ingenta's business activity in the international market. In October 1999, Ingenta completed its second round of funding in order to support their initial launch of web services to the US market.
