KnowledgePool, the e-Learning, information technology and business skills training company has acquired the corporate career portal business of WorkLife Solutions ("CCP"), one of America's leading application service providers of integrated career management and human resources development Web sites. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
KnowledgePool has been following an aggressive growth plan in order to provide a full Internet-based e-Learning service in the US and Europe. The acquisition of CCP equips KnowledgePool with a service that enables companies to plan the development of their business and staff.
