KnowledgePool the training subsidiary of Fujitsu-owned ICL, was advised by ARC Associates on its acquisition of two e-learning businesses, UK-based Maxim Training Group and US firm Worklife Solutions. KnowledgePool is thought to be planning a NASDAQ and LSE IPO for before the end of 2000. KnowledgePool provides e-learning, IT and business skills training to corporate customers, government agencies and IT professionals both online and through instructor-led classes.
