Intelligent Energy Holdings PLC notes the announcement dated 09 November 2005 by Clerkenwell Ventures PLC (“Clerkenwell”) to the effect that discussions between the company and Clerkenwell have terminated.
The Company confirms that it is no longer in any discussions regarding a possible offer.
