Mobile Cohesion has entered into an engagement letter with ARC Associates, www.arcassociates.com ("ARC"), a UK based investment banking firm. The agreement anticipates that ARC will assist Mobile Cohesion in providing corporate finance advice and potential fund raising in the UK and Europe over the next 24 months to enhance the Company's position as a relationship managment solutions provider to mobile operators globally.
Mobile Cohesion is a Northern Ireland based provider of content management for mobile operators. The Company's main product, HYDRA, allows operators, Mobile Virtual Network Operators and Aggregators to manage complex partner relationships for content and services. HYDRA allows its users to exercise full, real-time control of 3rd party content and applications.
