London based investment bank, ARC Associates, has completed the renegotiation of facility limits within the €10m Debt financing provided to US ruggedized mobile phone handset and push to talk software provider, Sonim Technologies Inc.
The new terms within the €10m Debt financing arranged with Investec in London will provide additional working capital and provide increased flexibility to Sonim as it continues to grow its ruggedized handset business and introduce new handset products into selected regions throughout the world.
