Asia Green Capital, a boutique investment banking firm based in Singapore has appointed ARC Associates, www.arcassociates.com (“ARC”), a UK based investment banking to act as financial intermediary.
The agreement anticipates that ARC will assist Asia Green Capital (“AGC”) who is currently advising an Asian based agricultural business in a capital raising transaction.
The transaction has a potential value of circa US$ 80m and ARC’s role is to identify potential sources of equity and debt finance to support the financing opportunity and assist AGC with any other general corporate advice as required as required as part of the cross border transaction.
AGC’s client has over 10 years experience in their agricultural business and is seeking the financing to expand its business over the next 1-3 year period with the objective to significantly improve shareholder value.
