Alphameric plc ("Alphameric") the information technology solutions provider today announces it has sold Online Logistics, a third-party logistics and duty management software service to LIS Online Ltd, a logistics software specialist.
Alphameric is selling Online Logistics as it is non-core to the group enabling it to focus on its main line of business of technology based solutions for a regular and solid customer base, thereby ensuring high quality revenues.
ARC Associates ("ARC"), a specialist investment banking and advisory firm to the TMT, financial services and property sectors, acted as a financial advisor to Alphameric.
