A corporate finance professional with experience in execution of sponsored and non-sponsored acquisitions, asset backed debt and advisory assignments in the UK, Middle East and Asia . In her previous roles Bhavya has worked for GE Leveraged and Structured Finance and Nomura International in the UK.

Prior to relocating to the UK in August 2005, Bhavya worked as a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking for the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and as an Analyst for Morgan Stanley in Mumbai. Bhavya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) India and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Punjab University, India.
