Investment in E*Trade UK Limited

ARC Associates invested in the initial start-up capital of Electronic Share Information (“ESI”) when it was formed by Jack Lang, Dr. Herman Hauser and Peter Wynn in 1995. ARC subsequently represented ESI in its Joint Venture negotiations with E*Trade. The Joint Venture resulted in E*Trade acquiring full ownership of ESI in an all share exchange in July 1998.

Today E*TRADE is a Company listed on NASDAQ with ticker ETFC. The Company has operations in the US and Europe.

The investment was realised in January 2000.
