Investment in ARCchart

ARCchart was initially created as a research operation for ARC Associates. ARCchart has expanded and is now offering its established charting product as well as in-depth research reports and related research products to various clients within the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) industries, with a particular emphasis on the wireless communications sector.

Today, ARCchart is an independent company based in London. ARC sold a majority stake to the management team in September 2002 and maintains a close relationship with the Company for research.

A minority investment in the Company remains in portfolio.
