Investment in Image Restaurants

The portfolio initially invested in Mirror Group (“Mirror”) in 1995 and in Moving Image Restaurants (“Moving”) in 1997. In May 2003, Moving and Mirror were merged into one company that was known as Image Restaurants.

ARC advised Image Restaurants on the acquisitions of Mirror and Moving and a further capital raising in October 2003.

The investment in Image Restaurants was realised in May 2007 subsequent to the Company being acquired by D&D London, formerly known as Conran Restaurants
